Okay, I have a question for the crafters out there.
About thirty years ago I remember doing a project where we painted a solution over a greeting card, and then when it hardened, it peeled off, lifting the image. The image, now a thin film, was then decoupage onto wooden or plaster of Paris plaques.
Can anyone tell me the name of this product??
